Director of Advanced Medicine – Integrative & Metabolic Health
Christopher Logan MSN, FNP-C is passionate about integrative, patient-centered medicine and wellness. Chris, a graduate of The University of Texas at Arlington, has been in medicine since 2013.

Chris has extensive experience in emergency medicine, primary care as well as managerial and directorship roles in the hospital environment. He manages multiple lines of healthcare including endocrinology, metabolic wellness, GI health, autoimmune disorders, and men’s and women’s hormone health at all stages of life.

Chris graduated from Churchill High School in 1985. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 1996. He completed his Associate’s in Nursing at San Antonio College in 2013. The University of Texas at Arlington granted Chris his Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2015 as well as his Masters of Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner in 2019.

Chris maintains his expertise as an active member of San Antonio Nurses in Advanced Practice as well as the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. He also does independent study and research on the latest in family and integrative medicine.

In addition to his service at Alamo Ranch Integrative Medicine Chris has served as an Emergency Room Nurse, Charge Nurse, Clinical Manager and Director of Emergency Services in the San Antonio area. Chris is also an adjunct clinic instructor for a highly accredited nursing school.

Tony Jones, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping patients achieve optimal health through personalized, evidence-based integrative care.

Tony gained extensive clinical experience in emergency medicine in 2009 before earning a graduate degree from UT Health San Antonio in 2019.

Known for a compassionate and patient-centered approach, Tony is committed to building meaningful relationships and supporting individuals in achieving their health goals.

He joined the ARIM team and has a passion for integrative medicine.

Advanced Care Provider – Holistic & Integrative Medicine

Meredith is passionate about holistic and integrative medicine, looking beyond symptoms to address the whole person: physical health, lifestyle, and underlying root causes.

Meredith Baker, FNP-C, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of the Incarnate Word, where she received the Florence Nightingale Award, and her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Texas Woman’s University.

Advanced Care Provider – Mental Health & Hormone Balance
Hannah Anderson, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with seven years of clinical practice and a prior seven-year career in emergency nursing.

Psychiatric-Mental Health NP certification.

Hannah practices an integrative, patient-centered approach with a focus on mental health, hormonal balance, and sustainable weight management. She is currently pursuing a Psychiatric-Mental Health NP certification.

Board-certified family nurse practitioner.

Kristine Jeter MSN, FNP-C is a dedicated practitioner with over 30 years of clinical experience across primary care and critical care settings.

A graduate of Kent State University (BSN, Cum Laude) and Walden University (MSN-FNP).

30 years of clinical experience.

Prior to advanced practice, she excelled as a CVICU nurse at premier institutions such as Duke University Hospital, Cleveland Clinic, and UNC Rex Hospital.

Rochelle Albracht, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is a Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health through integrative, longevity-focused personalized care.

DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is a Nurse Practitioner.

At Alamo Ranch Integrative Medicine, she specializes in preventive and healthy-aging medicine using a patient-centered, root-cause approach to support metabolic health, hormone balance, nutrition, weight management, and overall well-being.
