About Chris Logan
Chris Logan is a San Antonio native that embraces new ideas and evidence-based interventions that enhances patient care with an emphasis on prevention and wellness. He strives to improve patients’ lives through optimization of physical, mental, social and spiritual balance. He is dedicated to researching and supporting the frontier of integrative medicine utilizing the custom designed strategies of Dr. Teofilo Sanchez.
Education
Chris graduated from Churchill High School in 1985. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 1996. He completed his Associate’s in Nursing at San Antonio College in 2013. The University of Texas at Arlington granted Chris his Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2015 as well as his Masters of Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner in 2019.
Qualifications
Chris maintains his expertise as an active member of San Antonio Nurses in Advanced Practice as well as the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. He also does independent study and research on the latest in family and integrative medicine.
Professional Successes
In addition to his service at Alamo Ranch Integrative Medicine Chris has served as an Emergency Room Nurse, Charge Nurse, Clinical Manager and Director of Emergency Services in the San Antonio area. Chris is also an adjunct clinic instructor for a highly accredited nursing school.
About Jacob Garcia
Jacob Garcia was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas.
Education
He attended Holy Cross of San Antonio High school, and graduated in 2008. He started his education with an Associate of Nursing from Galen College of Nursing in 2013. While working as an RN he obtained his Bachelor’s of Science degree in nursing from Grand Canyon University in 2014. Shortly after he obtained his Master’s of Science in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2016.
Qualifications
He has worked in the Baptist Health System hospital emergency room setting as a registered nurse (RN) with over 5 years of experience.
Professional Successes
He joined the ARIM team in 2017 and has a passion for integrative medicine.
About Jill Bowman
Jill was born and raised in Minnesota and moved to San Antonio after her military service in 1990. She has a passion for helping people and has a gift of relating to patients and their unique health care needs. She has experience with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Jill has recently lost a significant amount of weight and is passionate about helping patients reach their weight loss goals. She takes great pride in delivering exceptional and personal care.

While we’re all responsible for our own health, I get the honor and pleasure of being a facilitator, advisor, and a guide for people of all needs and types. Jill went to Baptist Nursing School and graduated in 1992. Jill earned her BSN in 2014 where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She went on to obtain her master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner in 2016 where she also graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Qualifications
After graduation she worked in multiple emergency departments in the San Antonio area as well as in the intensive care units and hospital supervisor. Jill has served in family practice in the San Antonio and Castroville area before joining ARIM in April 2019.
Professional Successes
Jill holds national certification with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) & she served as a preceptor for over 50 nurse practitioner students and is an adjunct professor for the University of Texas Health Science Center.
